  I can't believe this is the store I'm stuck with. Do not attempt to have this Lowes do any kind of professional installation, delivery or even to trust them with with any kind of remotely small task. My first mistake, was to try to hire them to install carpet. After a month of petty back and forth over simple things that we could have consolidated on one visit, I stopped by the store and asked for the flooring manager, Kris. I told him that I've been waiting a month with no progress. He said I'll make sure someone calls you back today. A week later, no one calls. I stop by the store and ask them one last time if they want to make it right. "Brianna" was incredibly apathetic and unwilling to help, so I told her to forget it, that they lost my business. A few days later, some other punk calls me and asking me about seams. He didn't get the memo apparently. Went down to Flooring Gallery down the road. Met a knowledgeable rep, got a measure and install date in ONE VISIT. Already ahead of schedule and will post my experience with them when done. Lowe's has lost my business.
